Ans-- People often associate pyramids with Egypt because the ancient Egyptians built some of the most famous and largest pyramids in the world. The Great Pyramid of Giza, which was built more than 4,500 years ago, is one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World and is an iconic symbol of ancient Egyptian civilization. The ancient Egyptians built more than 80 pyramids, many of which still survive today and are popular tourist destinations.
However, pyramids are not unique to Egypt. Pyramids have been built by several civilizations throughout history, including the ancient Mayans in Central America and the ancient Nubians in present-day Sudan. These pyramids have their own unique architectural styles and were built for different purposes, but they all share the common characteristic of having a triangular shape that narrows as it rises to a point.
